Position SummaryThis role requires a versatile recruiting professional capable of managing a diverse portfolio of positions, ranging from high-volume and general staffing needs to professional, specialized, and management-level searches.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, proactively sourcing talent, and adjusting recruiting strategies based on changing business and client needs. This position also serves as a representative of the organization at hiring events, career fairs, schools, and other community or professional activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer coordination, onboarding support, and follow-up.Recruit for a diverse range of positions, from high-volume/general roles such as warehouse, clerical, customer service, and administrative positions to professional and management-level opportunities.Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while prioritizing searches based on urgency, client needs, and business objectives.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, databases, career fairs, and direct outreach.Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.Maintain an active candidate pipeline to support current and anticipated staffing needs.Participate in job fairs, hiring events, school visits, career events, and community outreach initiatives.Deliver presentations to candidates, students, new hires, and other groups regarding employment opportunities, hiring processes, career readiness, and related topics.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activities, candidate information, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.Work toward established recruiting, placement, activity, and performance goals.
RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition or high-volume hiring.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to recruit across different levels and types of positions.Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong interviewing, sourcing, candidate assessment, and follow-up capabilities.Comfortable conducting presentations and speaking in front of groups.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.Availability to participate in job fairs, hiring events, school visits, and other recruiting activities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicant tracking and recruiting systems.Results-oriented and comfortable working toward recruiting and placement goals.
