Rental Management Manager Job in Chicago, IL

In this full-time role, you will oversee daily rental operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily rental operations including tenant communications and property upkeep. Perform financial analysis to optimize budgets and increase rental property profitability. Develop and enforce rental policies compliant with local regulations. Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals to boost performance. Collaborate with marketing to create and implement rental marketing strategies. Track key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports on property performance. Maintain strong tenant relationships by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma with relevant property or rental management experience. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities. Experience with financial analysis and budgeting. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio. Minimum of 3 years in a similar rental management role preferred. This position is based in Chicago, IL and is not remote eligible. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Compensation: $3,000 per week.
