Sales and Customer Follow-Up Representative

Texas Artificial Turf & Design is looking for someone friendly, organized, reliable, and confident on the phone to join our growing team! Responsibilities include: • Calling and following up with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our services—no cold calling! • Scheduling consultations for our sales team • Keeping lead and customer information organized and up to date in our CRM • Consistently following up with prospective customers • Providing a friendly and professional first impression of our company We’re looking for someone who is: ✔ Friendly, personable, and confident on the phone ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Comfortable using a computer and learning new software ✔ Reliable, self-motivated, and professional ✔ An excellent communicator ✔ Consistent with follow-up and able to manage multiple leads ✔ Interested in a stable, long-term position with room to grow Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience, with benefits offered.
