Job Overview: Field Sales Executive (Automobile & Lubricants) Company Specialty: The company specializes in high-quality lubricating oils and aerosol autocare products. Core Objective: Responsible for expanding market presence and driving product sales by visiting garages, service centers, auto spare part dealers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities On-Field Sales: Conduct daily field visits to mechanics, multi-brand workshops, auto spare part shops, and commercial fleet owners to pitch lubricating oils and aerosol products. Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and workshops to grow the local distribution network. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term business relationships with existing clients to ensure regular repeat orders. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets. Market Feedback: Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends to report back to management. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Standard pass. Experience: Mandatory prior minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the automobile, lubricants, auto spare parts, or autocare industry. Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and local language communication skills. Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (compulsory for field travel). Job Details & Compensation Job Type: Full-time (Field Job). Salary: ₹12,000-15,000 per month. Additional Perks: Daily travel allowances (TA/DA).
