Salesforce Development Manager

About the role

Prodapt is seeking a Salesforce Development Manager to lead its Salesforce engineering team and oversee end-to-end environment and release lifecycles. The role manages Salesforce developers and administrators and guides the architectural direction of the Salesforce platform. It also owns the DevOps and deployment strategy to release features, custom applications, and platform updates into production securely and without business disruption.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and allocate resources for a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver business features.
• Own Salesforce release management, including environment strategy, branching strategies, and coordination of enterprise release deployment windows.
• Establish, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata and data tracking.
• Guide solution designs, review Apex and LWC code quality, and enforce governance limits and security standards.
