Senior Financial Analyst Hybrid K-KBonus

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a Pre-IPO growing services company in Dallas. This position will work directly with finance and operations leadership on all Financial Planning & Analysis activities. They will wear many different hats to support different business units as they continue to grow. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for ad-hoc analysis, budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting & analysis, trend analysis and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, analytical, with strong communication skills, and eager to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be able to work cross functionally and support multiple business units.
This is a Hybrid position and pays 115K-125K+Bonus.

The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities includes:
Prepare monthly financial reporting package, quarterly Board Meeting reports and Board presentationsDevelop financial models and present analytics to support management teamConduct various industry and market analysesManage financial and operational ad-hoc reporting and analysisPrepare and review financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial resultsProvide support on the monthly close process, including review of variance analyses, key trends, and performance metricsLead the planning, coordination and consolidation of corporate budget/forecast as needed by the businessContinuously analyze revenue and expense drivers to incorporate trends into financial forecasts

Requirements:
Bachelors in finance or business related degree2-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience; preferably in medium sized to large company and high growth environmentAdvanced Excel; prefer datamining, SQL, Macros or related experience is a plusHyperion experience is highly desiredDemonstrated capability delivering financial reporting models to various stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with all levels within the Company, and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance personnelStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including drawing connections between operational drivers and financial resultsAbility to work independently while adding value to team projects
