This full-time role is pivotal in shaping product strategy, improving user experience, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Define and optimize product strategy through comprehensive market analysis and user feedback. Manage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure cross-departmental alignment. Create and maintain detailed user stories and technical specifications for product development. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies to promote team collaboration and engagement. Analyze product performance metrics to guide iterative improvements and growth. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and enhancements. Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles. Proven success in developing and executing product strategies. Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and user analytics platforms. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner are a plus.
