Job description
Sales Rain Health Care BPO (Eclat Health Solutions) is looking for a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our Inbound Patient Services team based in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the quality of patient interactions, ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of inbound patient service interactions to evaluate quality standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting audit findings to accurately reflect service quality and compliance levels.
- Collaborate with the patient services team to design and implement corrective action plans based on audit outcomes.
- Lead training sessions focused on improving communication, problem-solving, and patient service skills among team members.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, recommending strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and promote best practices within the team.
- Support the development and refinement of quality standards and policies in accordance with healthcare industry regulations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field.
- Excellent documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in quality analysis or similar roles within the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant certifications in quality management or healthcare quality assurance are an advantage.
