Job description
Sales Rain Health Care BPO (Eclat Health Solutions) is hiring a full-time Quality Analyst - Inbound Patient Services in Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. In this on-site healthcare role, you will help ensure inbound patient interactions meet quality standards, support patient satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit patient service interactions regularly to evaluate quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation of audit findings, service quality, and compliance.
- Partner with the patient services team to develop and implement corrective action plans.
