The studio values professionalism, creativity, and organized project delivery, providing a supportive environment for team members to grow and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes.Role Description The Senior Project Manager/Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lutherville, MD. This role oversees day-to-day project management activities, including organizing schedules, tracking milestones, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The position also manages office operations, such as maintaining project files, handling incoming communications, supporting billing and invoicing processes, and ensuring supplies and resources are available for the design team. The Senior Project Manager/Office Manager will contribute to process improvements, support implementation of project management tools, and help maintain a professional, well-organized studio environment. This role requires hands-on collaboration with designers and leadership, as well as consistent in-person communication with clients and partners.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and oversight of multiple projects simultaneously.Office administration experience, including organizing files, managing calendars, and supporting billing and basic financial tracking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal team members.High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows.Proficiency with Studio Designer, Sketch up or Auto-CAD, productivity and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; project management software is a plus).Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or a related field is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to work on-site full time, manage competing priorities, and support a small, fast-paced studio environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, interior design, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
