About the role
Cytiva is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality processes. The role monitors production performance, analyzes quality data, assists with root cause investigations, and implements corrective actions to help ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement.
The position is part of the quality engineering group and the Quality Assurance Department. It reports to the Quality Engineering Manager and partners with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and site leadership to drive quality excellence, ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and sustainably reduce quality risk.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production performance and analyze quality data.
- Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support deviations, investigations, CAPA, change management, and process improvement initiatives across the site.
- Help ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, quality excellence, compliance, and sustainable quality risk reduction.
