🔎 About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Release Engineer to own and evolve our release infrastructure and CI/CD platform for mission-critical banking applications.
⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)Own release automation for microservices on AWS & Kubernetes (EKS)Support Java & Node.js application builds and deploymentsManage bi-weekly production releases and patch deploymentsDevelop automation using Python & BashTroubleshoot build, deployment, and pipeline issuesEnable self-service deployment tooling for engineering teamsCollaborate with distributed teams across time zonesTrack and improve release performance, reliability, and efficiency
✅ Required Skills5+ years in DevOps / Release Engineering / Software Engineering5+ years building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins mandatory)Strong hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)Experience with AWS environments & LambdaExpertise in Java (Maven/Gradle) & Node.js pipelinesStrong scripting skills (Python / Bash)Experience with Git / GitHub workflowsSolid understanding of microservices & containerized architecturesStrong Linux troubleshooting skills
