The Senior Superintendent independently monitors on-site safety, coordinates construction activities, and supervises field personnel to complete projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities
- Execute and enforce safety standards, processes, and procedures, keeping the project site clean and organized.
- Conduct weekly safety inspections and monthly safety audits.
- Enforce quality standards, processes, and procedures, and conduct quality control audits.
- Determine, follow, and promote construction requirements and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in managing contractual requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain construction documents and review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals.
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor construction site activities to ensure specifications are met.
- Oversee mitigation of issues and recovery of the critical path.
- Conduct project preconstruction, strategy, and premortem meetings.
- Determine needed manpower, equipment, and materials from start to finish, with attention to budget requirements.
- Anticipate and identify project issues and risks, communicate them proactively, present solutions, and confer with the project team on resolution.
- Manage and plan construction operations and schedules to ensure deadlines.
