Spanish Bilingual Interviewers

Join our team as a Bilingual Interviewer and play a role in collecting valuable feedback from healthcare patients. Conduct phone interviews in both English and Spanish, following provided call scripts.

What you’ll do:
• Make outbound calls to patients who recently received services from hospitals, medical facilities, pharmacies, or insurance providers
• Conduct short experience surveys in Spanish and English
• Record responses in English in the system

*All necessary equipment for the role will be provided. However, please note that while internet access is required, we are unable to reimburse or provide incentives for internet-related expenses.
**PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE U.S.**

POSITION DETAILS:
Position: Entry-Level
Job Type: 1099 Contractor (based on work availability)
Pay: $15/hour (non-negotiable)
Schedule: Flexible hours — Make your own schedule one week in advance. (Shifts typically available Monday — Friday, between 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
Location: Remote (must be based in the U.S.)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Reliable home internet
• Pass background check & drug screening
• Complete bilingual proficiency assessment (16 questions)
• Comfortable working independently from home
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
