About the role
Moody's Corporation is seeking candidates for a role focused on operations in shared services, capability centers, or multinational corporate environments. The company is advancing AI to move from insight to action and help clients navigate uncertainty.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing automation, analytics, reporting, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions in shared services, capability centers, or multinational corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement, workflow analysis, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code, automation, analytics, and collaboration platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and related productivity tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to work across functions and regions.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and attention to detail.
