System Design Specialist (LMS)

We are seeking a highly skilled System Design Specialist to support the configuration, optimization, and implementation of digital learning initiatives within our Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will help design and sustain a best-in-class learning ecosystem that empowers our global teams to learn, grow, and perform.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across brands and markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, test, and optimize new LMS features and connected learning technologies.• Leverage ETL processes, Microsoft Power Automate, and other automation tools to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance system efficiency.• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless learning experiences and system reliability across global markets.• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of APIs and data integrations to connect the LMS with other enterprise applications across our global ecosystem.• Analyze system data and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.• Support the development of technical documentation, process guides, and configuration standards.• Collaborate on global rollouts, system updates, and digital learning projects to ensure alignment with business needs and timelines.• Contribute to the ongoing design and evolution of our global learning ecosystem.• Provide ongoing technical support and incident resolution for end users through ServiceNow, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
