We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles within a fast-paced technology environment.Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and meet headcount goals.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking.Analyze recruiting metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to drive data-informed decisions.Lead intake meetings, provide hiring updates, and influence stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.Enhance the candidate experience through innovative and engaging recruitment practices.Support recruiting campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and talent community development.
What We're Looking For✅ 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a software or technology company.✅ Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.✅ Strong sourcing, networking, and talent pipeline development skills.✅ Ability to leverage recruiting data and metrics to influence hiring decisions.✅ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).✅ Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices.✅ Fluency in Spanish and English is required.✅ Background recruiting talent within HCM, ERP Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, Project Management, or related functions.
Preferred Qualifications⭐ Experience supporting large enterprise organizations.⭐ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.⭐ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
