Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Research and resolve historical AR balances • Work from AR aging reports • Reconcile customer accounts • Research invoices, payments, credits & deductions • Resolve unapplied cash & payment discrepancies • Perform cash application • Contact customers regarding past-due balances • Research and clear open items in SAP • Assist with collections and dispute resolution • Prepare documentation for write-offs/legal collections WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 3+ years Accounts Receivable experience • Strong collections & reconciliation experience • Hands-on SAP AR experience – REQUIRED • Advanced Excel skills • Cash application experience • AR aging & account clean up experience • Strong research & problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail TO APPLY, EMAIL SONIA.OROZCO@L KJORDAN.COMLKJORDAN.COM OR CALL/TEXT.
