Proven leadership experience in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in sales and team building. Passion for community engagement and collaboration. Ability to motivate and inspire others. Prior training experience is a plus. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate closely with other team leaders to ensure alignment on goals and strategy.
