Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Organizational Development Administration, Engineering or related field.5+ years of manufacturing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or related function.4+ years of experience developing and maintaining technical training programs, training materials, certification processes and development programs.High English proficiency (B2+ / C1)Opex experience.
