The Muskingum County Department of Veterans Services, represented by ZanesViral, is seeking a dependable and dedicated Transportation Coordinator to assist local veterans with transportation to and from their VA medical appointments.
qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Veteran with an Honorable Discharge
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
- Comfortable safely operating a 9-passenger van
key responsibilities
- Transport veterans to and from VA medical facilities in Columbus and Chillicothe
- Coordinate appointments with VA medical facilities
- Maintain vehicle inspection reports, logbooks, and maintenance schedules
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and properly maintained
- Assist veterans and the public in person and by phone
- Support office staff with daily operations as needed
