UI/UX Designer Contract in Caracas, Venezuela

Independiente is seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela. Key Responsibilities Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and improve user experience. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement innovative design solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation ensuring consistency across platforms. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine design practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to improve product design. Monitor user feedback after launch and iterate designs to optimize usability and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Design or related field. Proven experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong visual design skills with a user-centered mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing. Preferred: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design or similar roles preferred.
