Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation ensuring consistency across platforms. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product design. Monitor user feedback after launch and iterate designs to optimize usability and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Design or related field. Proven experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail and a user-centered approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Preferred: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript. 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design or similar roles preferred.
