About the role
UT Solutions Group LLC is growing and building a reliable network of vendors and subcontractors for current and future project opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Work may include property preservation, property maintenance and repairs, painting, drywall and interior repairs, trim and door repairs, yard and exterior maintenance, cleaning and turnovers, furniture assembly, renovation projects, make ready services, general handyman services, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, hauling and trash-outs, and real estate and property support.
Requirements
- Be reliable, professional, and hardworking.
- Communicate clearly and promptly, take pride in quality work, and meet deadlines.
- Have reliable transportation and the necessary tools for your trade.
- Provide photos or documentation for completed work.
- Be comfortable working with property owners, property managers, investors, and real estate professionals.
