W Experienced Fence Installer First Fence University Program

First Fence University (FFU) is seeking experienced fence installers who are ready to take the next step in their career. If you have at least 3+ years of fence installation experience and want the stability, benefits and growth opportunities of a W-2 position, we want to hear from you. Through our FFU Program, you’ll receive advanced training, career development, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions within a rapidly expanding fence company. Please do not apply if you do not have prior fence installation experience, we are only looking for experienced candidates only. Key Responsibilities: - Install residential, commercial, and industrial fencing - Read and interpret work orders, site plans, and measurements - Set posts, install panels, gates and hardware - Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely - Install wood, chain link, aluminum, vinyl, steel, and specialty fencing products - Ensure projects meet company quality standards - Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Represent the company professionally on job sites Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of fence installation experience is a must - Experience with wood, chain link, aluminum, vinyl, steel and automated gate systems preferred - Valid driver’s license required - Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor in outdoor environments - Ability to work in various weather conditions - Strong work ethic and reliable attendance - Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math - Must be authorized to work in the United States - Must pass a DOT background check and drug screening BENEFITS, SCHEDULE & REQUIREMENTS: - Structured Career Development and Advancement Program.
