About the role

Capstone Logistics, LLC is looking for a bilingual Warehouse Site Manager in Butner, United States. The role involves daily management of the warehouse crew and unloading services for clients. The schedule is a flexible five-day week.

Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner with over 650 operating locations, 19,000 associates, and 60,000 carriers. Its services include freight management, warehouse and distribution center support, last-mile delivery, supply chain analytics, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Run the site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits, create and transmit daily work logs, and audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Meet customer needs and document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure associates follow policies and work rules, including safety rules; hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist with managing the site and departmental budget.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration according to policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bilingual.
• At least 3 years of increasing management responsibility in the distribution or transportation fields.
• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor.
• Flexibility with shift start times and days worked, including weekends and holidays.

Benefits
