Workday Developer / Architect

Join the Kreitech Team!Exciting opportunity for a Senior Workday Developer/Architect to join our team at Kreitech! You'll design, build, and support Workday integrations and platform architecture for enterprise clients, working across technical implementation and long-term platform strategy.Responsibilities:Design and build Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core ConnectorsDevelop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and business process configurationsDefine integration architecture between Workday and third-party/enterprise systemsConfigure security groups, workflows, and data governance across Workday modulesTroubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issuesSupport tenant maintenance, testing, and release management (bi-annual updates)Lead client discovery sessions and present technical recommendationsRequirements:5+ years of hands-on Workday experience (development and/or architecture level)Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and/or Workday ExtendDeep knowledge of at least one Workday module (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Recruiting)Understanding of Workday's security model and business process frameworkStrong English communication skills for client-facing workPreferred:Workday certifications (Integrations, HCM, or module-specific Pro certifications)Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive PlanningExperience leading global or multi-country Workday rolloutsPrior consulting background (Big 4, Workday partner, or similar)Why join Kreitech?Remote work – enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhereFlexible schedule – prioritize work-life balanceContinuous learning opportunities – stay ahead in your fieldCompetitive compensation in USDApply now for the Workday Developer/Architect position at Kreitech
