A new cafe and wine bar opening in downtown Santa Fe is hiring experienced baristas, barbacks, bussers, and prep cooks. Join a growing hospitality team focused on serving top-tier fare and creating memorable guest experiences.
Available Positions
- Barista
- Barback
- Busser
- Prep cook
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
- Two professional references
- A passion for service and a desire to learn
Schedule and Pay
- Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Shifts: 6 hours each, 3 or more shifts per week
- Pay: $12 per hour plus tips and gratuity
Benefits and Growth
- Health insurance for employees working 30 hours per week
- Paid time off after 6 months
- Bartender and server positions may become available as the operation grows
