Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with espresso calibration and manual brewing techniques. Strong knowledge of coffee origins and preparation methods. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Experience training and mentoring staff is a plus. Previous café experience preferred, with solid food preparation skills.
