Bill Gosling Outsourcing is a global outsourcing solutions provider serving businesses worldwide in customer care, sales, and financial services. We’re hiring an enthusiastic Call Center Agent for a hybrid and office-based role in Heredia, Costa Rica.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other applicable customer communication channels.
- Review customer account information to understand inquiries and identify appropriate solutions.
- Update customer account details and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable.
- Recommend relevant solutions, products, or alternatives to address customer needs.
- Respond to objections and promptly refer complaints to the appropriate team lead, manager, or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- High school completion is preferred but not required.
- For on-site positions, candidates must live within 20 kilometers of the office.
