Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist customers. Review customer account status thoroughly using available tools to identify the best solutions. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Resolve customer inquiries by recommending appropriate solutions or alternatives. Overcome objections and escalate complaints to management or relevant departments promptly. Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must reside within 20 kilometers of our Heredia office for on-site attendance. Previous call center experience preferred but not required. High school diploma preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
