Bill Gosling Outsourcing is a global provider of outsourcing solutions, specializing in customer care, sales, and financial services. We are hiring a Call Center Agent for a hybrid position in Heredia, Costa Rica, supporting collections and customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, email, and other applicable communication channels.
- Review account information and status to understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
- Update customer account information and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable.
- Recommend relevant solutions, products, or alternatives to address customer inquiries.
- Address customer objections and promptly refer complaints to the appropriate manager, team lead, or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Education: High school completion is preferred, but not required.
- Location: Candidates for on-site work must live within 20 kilometers of the office in Heredia.
