Position details
- Location: Heredia, Heredia Province, Costa Rica

Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications through inbound and outbound calls, email, and other applicable channels.
- Review account information and status to understand customer inquiries and needs.
- Identify and provide appropriate solutions, including relevant products or alternatives when applicable.
- Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when applicable.
- Complete follow-up actions until customer issues are resolved.
- Address customer objections and promptly refer complaints to the appropriate team lead, manager, or department.
- Update customer account information and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- For on-site positions, candidates must live within 20 kilometers of the office.
- Education: successful completion of high school or equivalent, as specified in the posting.
