Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Strong communication skills focused on customer interaction. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Proficiency with standard office software and call center technologies. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
