Job description
Hiring immediately for a full-time, on-site Call Center Sales Advisor position in Santa Fe de Antioquia, Antioquia, Colombia. Candidates need at least two months of experience selling tangible or intangible products or services.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products or services to prospective customers.
- Work toward weekly sales targets and earn commissions and incentives based on performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma, technical degree, or technologist qualification.
- At least two months of sales experience with tangible or intangible products or services.
- Willingness to complete four days of training; a training allowance is provided.
Compensation and schedule
- Base salary: $1.300.000, plus transportation assistance.
- Unlimited commissions based on target achievement and weekly incentives.
- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus three hours on Saturdays. Meet the weekly target and Saturday is a day off.
- No Sundays or public holidays.
This is an on-site role and is not remote eligible.
