About the Role
Labayk is hiring a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for its manufacturing company. This full-time, on-site role also provides support to a new cosmetic research and development (R&D) lab. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is proactive and solution-oriented, and has some knowledge of beauty and personal care products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions about product formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Process sales orders and purchase orders, and manage client accounts accurately.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and follow through to support customer satisfaction.
- Share information about company capabilities, product categories, price estimates, and compliance details.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate them as needed for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and shipping teams to support order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction and transaction records in spreadsheets and databases.
- Keep current with product offerings, company procedures, and industry trends.
- Assist the lab team with tasks such as labeling R&D samples, organizing raw materials, and maintaining lab batch records.

Compensation and Schedule
This position pays $18.00 per hour. A pay increase may be available after the 90-day probation period, based on performance and experience. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
