Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Starting Pay: $18/hour with potential increase after 90-day probation based on performance and experience. Position Overview: Labayk is hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our manufacturing company in San Bernardino, California. This role also supports our new cosmetic R&D lab . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, some knowledge of beauty and personal care products, and the ability to manage client inquiries and orders efficiently. A proactive, solution-driven attitude and enthusiasm for the beauty & personal care industry are essential. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product formulations and manufacturing processes. Process sales and purchase orders, managing client accounts accurately and efficiently. Resolve client issues professionally, offering effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Provide detailed information on services, product categories, pricing estimates, and compliance. Assist customers with troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution. Coordinate with production, R&D, and shipping departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using spreadsheets and databases. Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and company procedures to provide expert customer support. Support the lab department with labeling R&D samples, organizing raw materials, and maintaining lab batch records. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of beauty and personal care products preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
