Key Responsibilities Provide stress-free, friendly service to diverse clients in various moving and hauling situations. Represent the company positively by maintaining professional conduct and appearance. Safely operate company vehicles at all times, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols. Perform daily truck inspections including tire pressure, oil levels, and equipment readiness to ensure vehicle safety. Maintain adequate supplies of receipts, safety gear, and marketing materials in the vehicle. Lead your team by motivating and supporting crew members during moves and training new hires on core values and operations. Collect payments from clients accurately and securely, handling cash and checks responsibly. Prevent costly errors by carefully handling customer belongings to avoid damage, injury, or lost equipment. Communicate regularly with your supervisor to provide updates and receive guidance throughout the workday. Drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings safely and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate moving trucks safely. Strong physical fitness to handle lifting, moving, and packing tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and part-time shifts.
