Pick up and drop off passengers or goods on schedule, ensuring punctuality. Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee safety. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members about schedules and updates. Assist passengers with loading and unloading items, delivering outstanding customer service. Participate in team meetings and training to improve service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. At least 2 years of driving experience preferred, especially in urban environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
