Position: Drivers (10 & 14 Ton) with Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) Location: Sedibeng, Gauteng, South Africa Benefits: Housing allowance, bonus, and medical aid. Requirements: Grade 10-12 / NQF NCV L2-L3 / N3 and trade test / Diploma or degree; 3-5 years of relevant experience; clear criminal record; valid tax number; South African citizenship; sober habits; ability to work after hours if necessary. Key Responsibilities Operate 10 & 14 ton vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes. Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Supervise loading and unloading processes, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Assist with cleaning and upkeep of vehicles to keep them presentable and operational. Collaborate with team members and management to resolve operational challenges promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Grade 10-12 / NQF NCV L2-L3 / N3. Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) mandatory. Proven experience driving 10 & 14 ton trucks. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Knowledge of vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
