Company is hiring a dedicated Female Telecaller / Client Communication Executive to join our Jaipur, Rajasthan team. This full-time role focuses on client engagement, communication, and relationship building to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and manage inbound calls to inform clients about products and services. Address client queries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate client records within the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to relay promotional offers and client insights. Schedule appointments and organize meetings to streamline client communication. Collect client feedback to enhance service quality and client experience. Achieve performance targets related to call success and client engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Professional, friendly demeanor focused on client relationship-building. Additional language skills are advantageous.
