We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional to enhance our customer service and sales efforts in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers through outbound calls to promote our services and generate leads. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services for accurate communication. Meet daily and monthly sales targets by effectively persuading customers. Document all customer interactions and update CRM records accurately. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication and sales skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Any Graduate. Skills: Excellent communication, strong customer service orientation, and persuasive sales abilities. Experience: Prior BPO or telecalling experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and call management tools is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while focusing on customer needs. As part of our collaborative team, you will report to the Team Leader and work closely with sales and customer support teams to achieve shared goals.
