Job description
MUSTAK Chudasama is hiring a full-time Telecaller / BPO Executive in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Earn 25000 per month while supporting customer service and sales initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain services, and generate interest.
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of products and services to provide reliable information.
- Promote services and work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM records promptly.
- Share insights with teammates and collaborate with sales and customer support teams.
- Attend training to strengthen communication and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Any graduate degree.
- Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and persuasive sales ability.
- Previous BPO or telecalling experience is preferred.
- CRM software or call management tool experience is a plus.
- Ability to stay focused on customer needs in a fast-paced setting.
Team and Work Arrangement
Report to the Team Leader and work closely with sales, customer support, and other departments. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai; remote work is not available.
Compensation
Pay: 25000 per month.
