As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests while maintaining our high standards. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards. Stock and replenish amenities for guest use. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors. Sanitize bathrooms and regularly replenish toiletries to maintain hygiene. Collaborate with housekeeping team on laundry duties and linen distribution. Assist in room preparation and setup for special events as required. Collect and dispose of trash following proper procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in cleaning or custodial services preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. Reporting directly to the housekeeping supervisor, you will receive daily guidance and have opportunities for cross-department collaboration to enhance guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
