Capleo Global is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Santa Fe, New Mexico . We are a contracted healthcare facility committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and professional environment that fosters continuous learning and development. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and provide direct patient care while monitoring patient conditions and promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team. Assist in developing and updating patient care plans to ensure comprehensive health needs are met effectively. Accurately document patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families, providing education on care procedures and health management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care and support. Perform basic health assessments including measuring vital signs and administering tests as directed by supervising RNs or physicians. Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance patient care practices continuously. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico. Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Proficiency in patient care protocols and time management. Preferred: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Position Type: Contract Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States Compensation: $1,500 per contract
