Hindustan HR is hiring a full-time Picker and Packer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Earn 19000 per month in this on-site warehouse role. You’ll pick customer orders accurately, pack products securely, and help keep inventory and fulfillment operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from warehouse shelves using invoices and customer order details.
- Pack products according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
- Update inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Coordinate with coworkers to maintain workflow and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Report order, stock, or product discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
