Key Responsibilities Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves by carefully following invoices and customer specifications to ensure 99.9% order accuracy. Carefully pack items using company-approved materials and methods to minimize damage during transit and maintain product integrity. Conduct quality checks on all products before shipping to uphold our strict quality assurance standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock counts to support efficient warehouse management. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to manage workflow and promptly resolve order fulfillment issues. Follow safety protocols rigorously and keep the work environment clean and organized to ensure a safe workplace. Report discrepancies or operational issues immediately to supervisors to maintain smooth operations. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
