ENINCO SA is seeking a Proactive Administrative Receptionist to join our team in Bogotá, D.C. This key role supports daily company operations by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally. As the first point of contact, you will create a positive impression and facilitate efficient office workflow. Key Responsibilities Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and attentive reception. Manage correspondence and administrative documents, ensuring proper distribution. Assist in organizing meetings and office events. Maintain and update records and databases while safeguarding confidential information. Collaborate with various departments to support administrative and operational tasks. Quickly resolve daily issues by identifying effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Administration or related field. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proactive mindset with initiative-taking capability. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred. This position is part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values ideas and proactivity.
