Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in San Salvador, El Salvador. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective problem-solving techniques. Process sales orders and manage customer accounts efficiently. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in sales and customer service roles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
