Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Amritsar, Punjab

Tanya is hiring a full-time Telecaller / Telesales Executive in Amritsar, Punjab, India. In this on-site role, you will connect with prospective customers, promote products and services, generate leads, and deliver helpful customer service while supporting the company's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products and services.
• Answer customer questions and explain product features and benefits.
• Generate and manage leads through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues on sales strategies and campaigns.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• One to two years of telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred.

Team and Reporting

You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the marketing team. Tanya encourages collaboration, communication, and sharing ideas across teams.
