Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries with detailed product information.
• Generate and manage leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Meet monthly sales targets and support team objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Preferred experience: 1-2 years in telesales or telemarketing.
