Key Responsibilities Design and deliver customized training programs for various technical skill levels to ensure comprehensive understanding of products and services. Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities to promote active learning. Assess training effectiveness via evaluations and feedback, updating course materials as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to identify technical skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery. Maintain detailed training records to monitor employee progress and report outcomes. Provide personalized coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, or related field. Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar instructional role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts. Strong technical knowledge relevant to company products or services. Experience with training platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
