Delhivery Ltd is hiring an on-roll Warehouse Operations Executive for its Saidapet and Chrompet locations in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a non-remote position with rotational shifts.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and the safe, efficient operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory: Maintain stock records, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate inventory flow.
- Coordinate logistics: Work with transportation providers to support timely, cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse operations: Organize storage, optimize space, and keep the facility clean and safe.
- Support staff: Supervise and train warehouse employees, promoting productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Report performance: Prepare operational reports, review results, and identify opportunities to improve.
