Job description
SRKC is hiring a dedicated Work From Home Customer Service Representative based in Westfield, Massachusetts. This part-time remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat ensuring timely issue resolution. Maintain and update customer accounts accurately and process transactions. Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions. Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for quick resolution. Collect customer feedback to help improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance customer experience. Track and document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records. Required and Preferred Qualifications Some college experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with customer service software and tools. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed. This role operates within a collaborative team environment reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will work closely with sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Compensation: $16.99 per hour. This is a part-time position with remote work flexibility.
