You will be instrumental in managing daily office operations to ensure smooth functionality and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and visitor access, serving as the first point of contact for guests and employees. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services to maintain a well-functioning facility. Assist with event planning and logistics to boost workplace culture and team engagement. Handle correspondence including emails and phone inquiries professionally and efficiently. Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness. Support management with special projects and initiatives for continuous office improvement. Conduct regular safety and cleanliness inspections to ensure compliance with company standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in office management or hospitality preferred. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience managing vendors and front desk operations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management software. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. As part of a team-oriented structure, you will collaborate closely with office staff and report directly to the Office Manager. This role involves cross-functional projects supporting various departments’ operational needs.
