Your role will directly contribute to our mission of providing a delightful dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist in food preparation and service when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver orders promptly. Maintain cleanliness in all public and staff areas, including restrooms and dining spaces. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly manner. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and techniques is desirable.
