I have been in the call centers industry for over 10 years and I started as an agent and move up to supervisor and manager for some of the centers I have work for. I also started working for dispatching as a try out and ended up liking it so I stayed with cargo logistics for over 4 years. I'm currently looking for a job and I know that my experience can helped get a job where I can continue to learn more.
